Seth Lakeman's eighth studio album is a thrilling collaboration between Seth's dynamic songwriting and the genius of legendary producer Ethan Johns, complemented by  the sublime backing vocals of female trio Wildwood Kin. Together they created an epic, soulful album of intense songs stripped down to their very essence.
 Ethan has produced albums for Ryan Adams, Kings Of Leon, Paul McCartney, Ray LaMontagne, Laura Marling, The Staves and Crosby, Stills and Nash and many more artists. He spontaneously agreed after Seth emailed him a demo recorded on his smartphone. His motto is always "The kind of record I like captures human performance"  . The 11 songs were also recorded "live" with the organic acoustics of the reception hall of a Jacobean manor house, which preserves the pure sound of the singing and the instruments.
